Surprisingly few pictures of this "duck out of water". No interior pictures. But we can see where the steering wheel is. Kingfisher Blue is just great.

Wonder how much it would cost to import to the US under the 25 year rules? It was sold in Japan. If it has the Japanese market folding mirrors, then I want it!

 

Ha I should, but it's the 3 hour drive through hell that puts me off.

I recently looked into sending an X300 to the USA from Canada, and the gas-guzzler tax is a problem I think. About $1000 on this car? And there's import duty of 2.5% because it's from a non-NAFTA (-USMCA) country. You would not pay any taxes on the car in Canada (on the purchase price or otherwise) because you're it buying for export.
Emissions could be another matter. Canada-spec Jaguars are 50-state compliant but I don't know about Japan-spec. Have it shipped or come and get it (it has to pass a safety examination in Ontario to be registered for road use with an Export permit).
