I pranged the car before Christmas and knocked off the brake cooling duct on the drivers side. No problem, onto ebay, pair purchased and car off to local mechanic to fit

Problem! Apparently one end screws or clips on and the other (more rounded end) fits into some sort of a grommet which I don't have so the thing just falls off

Anyone have any info around this? Part number for the grommet or where I could source these

I know exactly the part you are talking about. I really think the seller should have included that as part of the duct, did you ask him about it?

 

Following a browse through the parts catalogue, the number for this ring/grommet/thingy seems to be HNA 4469AA and appears to be interchangeable, left or right side, just by rotating it, if you get my drift. Hope this helps.
