Did I fit the door seals right?
Hi guys, just got my car re-painted but the top door seals don't look like its fitted right to me but I can't be sure. It seems that it isn't flush with the car body. I've taken some photos, please can someone let me know if it needs to be refitted or if i'm doing it wrong. Will probably take it back to the body shop.
Cheers

Well your pics are a bit hard to make out (mainly 'cos they're sideways) but I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be able to see the seals when the doors are closed ..so either they're the wrong ones or they aren't properly seated imho
Upload some more pics of the seal with the door open maybe? If they go in on the X300 like an XJ40, they have to be slid into a track with soapy water as a lube. I used shampoo, worked a treat.
