Digital Clock Issue
The digital clock above the stereo does not display properly. The numbers are faded to various degrees; the only part that seems unchanged is the colon between the hour and the minutes. Is it repairable, or does it need to be replaced?
It's not a major problem, it's just one of those things that bug me.

Resurrecting this old post to ask a tag-along question.
I plan on sending my unit to MM as stated above.
The clock is totally out, and when I bought the car, the connector was unhooked.
I pluged it back in and seat heater switches were operative.
Drove up town and went to lock it. Walked away, got about 10 paces from teh car and the alarm started going off. *Very loud BTW* Put the ky in and alarm shut off fine. My trip to the store postponed, I went home and unhooked it, not a problem since.
Is this common with the other noticed symptoms that the alarm is tripped and will the repair fix all? I'd hate to have the rebuild done and still not be able to use it.
Thanks.

Never heard of it. When I sent mine away to Module Masters, I used a borrowed unit for awhile, to fill the hole. Never had problem with either one. Are you certain you didn't inadvertently set off the alarm with the key FOB? Maybe something in your pocket made an unintended long-press?
I'd try it again to make sure the events are related rather than a random coincidence. If so, sounds like a wiring problem somewhere that you'll need to search out.

No key Fob, just the mechanical Key. This was after a week of owner it, so pretty sure I didn't do anything different other than hooking the module back up again. I will test before sending, just to see. Thanks.
