Door card fasteners?

The top half is various screws all over. One is hidden under the accordian boot for the door air vent. Its not the modern assembly where you just pop them out and slide the panel up. You gotta undo the bottom half like "normal" then unscrew the whole top. Then you can lift up and out.

G'day Rande,
If it is the front door you are talking about you have to lift the door card up about 25mm/ 1inch before you pull it away from the door as there is a barbed sort of fitting attached to the armrest which goes into a plastic fitting in the door panel and if you pull the card away from the door you will probably break the plastic fitting.
The back doors do not have the barbed fitting.
