egr valve

did anyone just took it out or ran a hose to the valve rocker cover?

Why would you want to take out the EGR? It will probably casue the MIL to come on. If it is working correctly it does not affect performance and it will improve fuel consumption.

it really does not apply to the jag, it is just that guys here are a lot more informed than on other forums. fact is that i have had problems with egr on the mark viii and i thought i would ask here.
