How many white 1995 US spec xj12s were made?
I recently read the article from car and driver on the 1995 e38 750il and x300 xj12 as well as a s500, currently I own both a 1995 e38 750 of which 1808 were made for the entire lifecycle and xj12 of the same year. Suprising both appear to be in the same color as mine with similar options. My question is just how many 1995 xj12 were in white with the tan interior for the us market I can't imagine its many at all

The answer is... 42.
Really, I think that is the ballpark number. Ten or so colors available means 420 cars sent to the US & Canada. Sounds about right with the supposed 564 model year 1995 cars made in the North American spec. I'm sure some went south of the border too. That's loose math.
I'd like to see a Rose Bronze car, who knows if they made 42 in that color.
I was a fan of the E38 for a while, but I think the Jag got to me first when I became "rich" enough to own either one!
