Interior Photos
I'm looking into a 95 XJ6, and can't really find many photos of the interior. I've looked through the "garage", and done searches in the forum an google, with little success. The car I'm looking at is locked up in a garage, and it will be a couple weeks until I have the cash to pick it up.
Does anyone have an online photo gallery of their interior - dash, seats, consoles, rear seats, package try...
Thanks a bundle.

Yeah, you've gotta avarage everything out. If you're talking about the build quality of fittings/accessories, then the older Jags will often surpass the X300. I remember the front ashtrays in the Series 3 - so solid and satisfying to operate. Compare that to the X300's plastic affair. Win some and lose some...
Yes, although many 94/95s now have them retrofitted. My 95 doesn't have one. The trim that goes in it's place is arguably better looking, and gives the passenger just a little more knee room.

Well, here are some examples from my 97 Vanden Plas:
As the others have said, the X300 & X305s were essentially XJ40s with an exterior facelift, with the interior left pretty well close to the same.
Mind you, I don't think this is so much of a bad thing.
Even though every thing inside of this car is very boxy, very.... 80s, I actually think it was a lot better than the X308's interior. This is something a bit of personal taste, true, but I find that the 308's interior seems almost too curvy, to the point of a very forced "organic" feel, like the bodywork of a ford taurus. I'm kinda left feeling that 90s period of curvy, flowing shapes was overdone. Whereas with the X300 / X305's interior, it was done perfectly. A little rigid, sure, but it feels like it has all the straight lines and gentle slopes in all the right places and actually played together well.
