Please help!
Event: battery died by emergency lights bein on. I let it sit for a little bit then started It, and it was perfect then stopped to open the trunk with the vale key which triggered the alarm. I tuned it off by my master in the driver door. Drove it home without any problems. The next day tried to start it and wount start. It clicks but thats it. I got a jump, checked fuses, but nothing works.
Question: If this is a alarm problem do I need the phob to turn it off?
What can I do? Please help!

how old is the battery?
It has been my experience that when an older battery (one that's 3+ yrs old) drains all the way, it can no longer hold a charge properly ever again. I am sure this does not apply in all cases, but it has simply been my experience (numerous times) in the past.
It would be worthwhile to have a mechanic test the battery to see if it able to hold charge, and if not, they can replace it.
If it clicks, I believe it means there isn't enough power going to the starter to actually turn the engine over, and it has nothing to do with the antitheft/alarm starter disable feature.

Go and get one of these battery chargers CTEK Battery Chargers - The World's Smarter Battery Charger they can sometimes bring battery's back from the dead
I was sceptical but eventually bought one my battery is 3 years old now and the car hasn't been used since October last year apart from the rotary switch messing with my head she starts first kick now I figured out how to move the shifter while trying to start it at least no one will be able to steal it LOL

If you're hearing the starter click then the circuits are OK and there simply isn't enough voltage to operate the starter (weak battery, poor connections, etc) or the starter is on the blink.
However, if the click you hear isn't the starter but one of the various relays....well....we'll have to explore more.
I got a jump, checked fuses, but nothing works.
By "nothing works" do you mean the headlights, horn, instrument panel warning lights, etc. are all completely inoperative?
If that's the case then I suspct the battery is totally, totally dead or you have a very poor connection at the battery.

I don't think it's an alarm problem, offhand.
Make sure your battery is fully charged (or buy a new one) and the connections are good.
With the key "on" look to see if the "P" on the gear indicator is glowing red. If it isn't, the starter will not operate (but everything else will).
If the "P" isn't red, jiggle the gearshift and move it back-n-forth until it does, then try starting.
Cheers
