Thanks for that but I thunk we had that one. It is the rest that we are looking for.

 

From my experience with the sunroof there is no way those 3d printer plastic parts are going to work. Even the drain channel I posted which is pretty low stress barely worked with a dozen materials I tried.

 

commercially printed pla nylon from An HP production 3d printer is up to the task . The drain channels have been in my car for nearly 18 months . The performance of home printed plastic parts is staggeringly low low compared the commercial products .

online mail order print services have these machines and will print pieces at a very reasonable unit price .

 

In need of Sun Roof components, Did Genetic complete his 3 D printing? I have not been able to reach out to him.
