The repair I used entailed fitting a new front "half" of the pump which has the pulley, bearing and impeller attached, and requires a new gasket. Not too expensive or difficult to do, if a bit fiddly. I cant see any reason why you couldnt just replace the bearing, if you could source one, and had the equipment to remove the old one and fit the new one on to the shaft, but easier just to replace.

Question on the bearing as it doesn't look like a typical bearing that you can find a substation . With the trouble to remove it the bearing only it might be better off to replace the whole unit . Just my opinion .

The perimeter bolts may need soaking with some penetrate or a high heat gun as I saw where someone broke them off . May have a loctite product on it requiring high heat to avoid this .
