So i noticed neither seat moves forward or backwards, the passengerside seat heater indicator light stays lite even tho the seat heater isnt on,all the dumby lights and lights work on the dash, except the driver turn signal dosent illuminate even though the turn signal works, and the readout or clock dosent show clear numbers....

i know the clock is a common thing that goes out, mine is not showing the numbers either. you could check the fuses for the seats. on the passenger side in the engine bay there's a schematic of the fuse boxes and fuse locations. the turn signal not showing could be a bad bulb behind the dash. not sure on that one tho.

The seat thing is usually to do with the switch. Both my seat switches are broken. I think my LH seat moves forwards but not backwards, while the RH one doesn't move in either direction. At first I could get them to move if I really forced the switch, or twisted it at certain angles, but now they're properly shagged.
I'd like to hear from anyone who has overhauled the seat switch cluster - is it a clean and reassemble job, or does it usually require replacement?

The seats move barely, like MAYBE 1/16 of an inch then they both almost act as if they are bound up on the tracks... oh yeah for some reason the passenger side window will only roll down from that side controls. But that and all the other windows work fine both ways by my switch...Im good at trouble shooting cars as i have built several mustangs,im mopstly asking these question to ease the running around trying to find the issues.
