Its very easy to get to the back panel.
- Take out the complete back seat ( 2 screws on left and right beneath the heel board, after that you can take out the other part of the seat )
- Unscrew or unplug the back panel and watch out with the plastic seat belt holders they break easily.
I believe there are 4 pins on the metal casing of the shade, you can drill these in the board and fit the shade to the board. repaste everything and you are done. Also be careful with the plastic back ends of the sunshade

I'm not so sure if cars which did not that have this option from stock have the plastic holes in the roof for the sunshade to hold.
When you have everything out its also a good time to clean the back and the seat.
