Default Rear sun blind

I have acquired a one piece rear sun blind.

Has anyone got pics of one fitted, can anyone tell me how it is fitted?

Thanks

It uses a two piece one if you have the extra speaker in the middle otherwise it's a one piece.

It looks like I may have to take the rear seat out then the panel to drill and mount the blind.

Its very easy to get to the back panel.

- Take out the complete back seat ( 2 screws on left and right beneath the heel board, after that you can take out the other part of the seat )
- Unscrew or unplug the back panel and watch out with the plastic seat belt holders they break easily.

I believe there are 4 pins on the metal casing of the shade, you can drill these in the board and fit the shade to the board. repaste everything and you are done. Also be careful with the plastic back ends of the sunshade
.
I'm not so sure if cars which did not that have this option from stock have the plastic holes in the roof for the sunshade to hold.

When you have everything out its also a good time to clean the back and the seat.

If you still require some photos tell me and I will paste some from mine. Goodluck!

Thanks Maraud, the plastic holes are already fitted in the roof.

The sun blind has 4 set screws in the bottom with locking nuts.

May have a go tomorrow if i get time.

Sure no worries :-)

I will paste a photo tomorrow so you can see where they fitted mine on stock position.

Cheers

Now fitted, rear shelf not like those in various pics as only held in by 2 panel clips on the front edge and no separate centre piece.

At least it easy to do with no drama.
