Which scan tool to buy
Hi ladies and gentlemen,i am in a quandry,i have a 1997 xj 3.2 sport.the battery died,i replaced the battery now the wiper runs constantly and the engine wont turn over,i bought a obd/obd11 scan tool and followed the instructions,it juat reads non obd compatable,i replaced the relays and checked all the fuses,still the same,i am stuck,please could some one offer advice

I have an Apple phone and many scan tools are not Apple compatible.
I have a Kiwi-3 OBDII Bluetooth thing, and there is a newer Kiwi-4 now available. It works well with my X300 and iPhone, although I’ve never had any codes, just lots of data live.
I use it with AutoDoctor software, total cost of device and software about $150 USD from memory
