Default Steering wheel in out adjustment not working

Hi.

Picked up a 97 X300 at the weekend for a mate. The only thing not working is the in / out adjustment for the steering wheel. It is very close to the dash.
I can hear the motor running, but no movement. I am assuming that the motor cable drive is broken (Part number ?).
Anybody had the same symptoms and has instructions on how to replace?

Cheers

Ian
