Default Turn signal speed left vs right

Hi, My 95 xj6 turn signals all work, the left 50% faster than the right. I have swapped bulbs from one side to the other and the left stays faster.
My question is are there two separate flashers ?
If not I'm baffled, if there are two I'm looking for there location under the steering wheel. I can hear them/it but can't locate them/it.
Anyone had the same issue?
This week I've replaced one door lock actuator ( left rear) and repaired my drivers do stop. Could have jaguar found any thinner metal lol.
I purchased the car to tinker with and have grown to love it for it's complexity , this forum has been a great deal of help.
Any help is appreciated.
Regards

Nope, one flasher unit per car.

The front lamps have 2 bulbs each, which I reckon you know by now. I trust both are operating correctly.

Check the wattage of EACH bulb, 21watt each, coz maybe there is a lower watt bulb somewhere that is reeking havoc.

At the lower corner of each fender, just in front of the front wheel, and tucked in a tight place, are the multi pin connectors. These are well known to corrode internally, and that has all sorts of wierd stuff going on. Mine does not have that lower plastic cover, and those connectors are plain to see, and both were badly crudded up when I got it.

Seperate them, spray with Lemon Juice, rinse with water, spray with WD40 (or similar) replug and motor on.

Mine did this recently. One of the bulbs was burned out. Could it be the left side light on the actual side of the car is out?

Thanks hkmcmast,
I traded all the bulbs right to left to see if it was the issue. Only one I didn't do was the front wing side marker so I'm going
to try it today. Seems I replaced it once before and posibly got the wrong one. Then I'll move on to the plugs Graham mentioned.
Thanks for the help all .Will post the solution I hope !
