Default Warning Triangle

I came across the original warning triangle for my car today while having a clear out.

I want to put it back in the car (removed when I rebuilt the car years ago) but I can't figure out where exactly it fits or how it should be attached.

I know it should be on the inside of the boot lid. There are holes in the plastic bracket for the triangle that align with the press stud fasteners for the boot lid lining but it would be off set from centre. Is that right?

Also, how is fastened? I don't think the press studs would be strong enough or long enough. Is there some screws that hold it on?

Perhaps I'm missing another bracket?

I tried looking on Jaguar Classic Parts but can only find the Triangle as part of an "Executive Touring Kit".

Any pointers or pictures would be appreciated.
