Default Water Coolant Leak Rear of Cylinder Head

As in the title, I have a leak, a fast one coming from the rear of the Cylinder head just above the bell housing, I can see the water pouring out but I can't see where from and am not familiar with what it could be around there.
The car has been stood for nearly 12 months and stupidly it was lacking antifreeze so now that I have come to start it up again I notice water, a lot of it.
My worry of course is that there is damage to the head.
I have a picture of sorts to roughly where it is coming from but I cant see exactly where from only from somewhere behind the indicated bolt.
Can someone who is more familiar with these give me some possibilities please.

Remove the six bolts in tedious fashion and replace the gasket. If you can't find a gasket clean the the two surfaces and use any good name brand automotive RTV sealant. refill/ replace coolant.

Thank you

There is a cap or a cover that is held on by those six bolts. remove all six bolts, give it a tap or a wallop and you will see what I mean. By the way, you have a oil leak from your cam cover.

Thank you.
