so i went and got some 19" that where on a bmw but im having a little problem. the hub diameter seems to be millimeters bigger than the rim center :/ . i tryd greasing up the hub center cause its just so little the clearance i need but nothing. machine shop or is there anything i can do myself to make it fit? sandpaper perhaps? lol. on the following pics you can see how the wheel doesnt rest against the brake disc. or spacers but the bolts dont look like they are long enough to handle spacers.

I'd take them to a machine shop; should be a routine thing for them. I did that once on one of my old Jags when I was running afermarket wheels.
Bring them one of your Jag wheels so they can get an exact measurement.
As for your bolt pattern question, 120mm vs 121mm (120.65mm, actually).....
I've heard different opinions over the years raning from "no big deal" to "never do it".
Cheers
