Wishbone crack?

Wishbone crack? Do I need to be worried? And how does the bushing look to you guys?

I don't like that wishbone crack! Thats one of five bolts that hold the spring pan on so it could be a safety issue. Are the other bolt areas ok?

Had to go check mine just now and they all look fine, but my right lower bushing is shot.

From what we can see your bushing still looks good, despite the "slight" impact. Could it be the same impact that cracked the wishbone?

Thanks Richard, I don't like it too but my mechanic tells me it looks like a surface scratch. I don't know, looks abit deeper than that to me. I'll probably replace it for peace of mind.

The bushing is actually on the opposite side, but yes there was a frontal impact as you correctly surmised.

I've actually been trying to hunt down a front left squeak (more like a chirp, or a mouse) when I go over bumpy roads at slightly higher speed (>20kmph). Shock bushings are all new. I've tried to spray silicone lubricant everywhere to isolate the noise but no luck so far. I'm beginning to wonder if its something else ...
