OK...Mystery Relay (Gray "FORD") is for the seat heaters...
Every other relay in heel board works 100%
Off to run a fused hot wire to fans and call it fixed.
One thing I'd like to note...I am working on my '97, Orange/Blue plugs into Orange/Blue
But, on my '95 parts car (gone to crusher) their was a set of wires in betweem the plugs where I am currently losing voltage. It was the Orange and Blue wires, but they connected to each other and had an extra fuse at this point. Thought it was odd and not sure how it could work like that...hot/ground crossing then splittlng...

Hey Ronniels:
If you are still around, I know this is a few years old, but I had the identical problem just recently and found your thread and solution. I tried it and it worked for me as well. Did you ever find out what the actual problem was.
Man, you sure saved me a lot of trial and error stuff. Just followed what you did and I'm going to live with it the way it is. I just had to tell you, and any others that may have similar problem and find this thread.
Thanks to you ... Grant ...
