Hi
After having read lots of threads on front door panel removal, I think I am ready to have a go. One piece of advice I have read many times is that the clips ( Christmas Tee Clips is it?) that they will break inevitably, and it would be wise to order a few spares.
Does anyone know where I can get some, and what they are officially called, part numbers etc.
Hope someone can help.

You can get special tools for removing upholstery clips, they look a bit like a narrow blade with a slot in the end. See the pic below
You slide the blade between the door panel and the door with the slot around the fir tree part of the clip and you should be able to lever the clip out without breaking them.
Well got it all off, I didn’t break any clips but 4 were already broken and still attached to the door. I can’t see how they fix to the door panel! They must have a loop which clicks onto the little bar in the cutout?
could they not be epoxied into the space, 1 appears to be allready.
Without taking another good one off can’t see how they fix.
!
Answering my own question, yes they epoxied back in quite well using liberally around the edges. Worked fine, until I need to remove another time, but for moment ok.
