X300 odo button

X300 trip computer/module (solved)
Hello, in my quest to bring my x300 to a perfect life i found that there is no working trip.
i have a res/odo button and nothing else on the third button.
pressing the res button it displays a screen with 6 functions (though i cant enter or scroll any), if i press for some time on res it shows 0.
well solved, just pressed a few more times on the trip and used a contact spray cleaner and now it works
if i press odo button nothing happens.
if i change between km/miles nothing.
i already changed the module with an original new one from ebay (original box, no use). Still the same.
can’t find a fuse for the trip, however i dont feel it could be from this as if i press res is does make something work.
any thoughts? Thanks

There's a button on the end of the indicator stalk that controls the functions of the trip computer. Press it in repeatedly to scroll through the functions.
The ODO button just returns the display to ODO from other functions.
The RES button resets the trip computer if held in until 0 is displayed.

I also had never used the trip so it was trial and error
thanks once again
