XJR 97 $13k 20k miles Denver CO
Unicorn alert!
single owner car with burgundy exterior and cashmere interior here in Denver at Colorado Jeep dealer. Just drove it, and aside from alignment issue on its Falken tires (ech), its in great shape.
However, not compelling enough to buy for me as $13.7k price is beyond its entertainment value.
The supercharger noise is better than what I am used to from the v8 models 98-2006 ish

PLUMS, Thanks for the price check. Driving that XJR6 was illuminating for the following:
1. Your comment a while ago that an X308 v8 was as good or better for acceleration (have to agree, and the v8 sounds better, but v8 gen ZF 5 speed failures scare me and my Jag mechanic).
2. XJR6 was not terribly faster than my XJ6 for 0-45 MPH adventure on city roads. Since XJR6 has a 3.27 rear axle ratio and XJ6 has more aggressive 3.57, changing XJ6 to 4.1 rear (via Coventry West) and gaining the PowerLok LSD seems like an extraordinary good fit for my driving environments and style (I don't take Jag out onto highway much). That's a $1,700 parts and labor job though on a car valued at $4k-$5.5k.
3. XJR6 with 50k fewer miles than my same year XJ6 soaked up patched up pavement as I expect any car, except my XJ6 doesn't thus confirming my suspicion that something in my XJ6 front suspension needs replacing as I already have new shocks and tires are in fine condition. I see there is a new post on that exact topic...

price dropped from $13.7k at my visit for autotrader "call for price" to $10.9k in autotrader. I will call Fri and see if they are ready for $8k.
Drove client F type v8 and XK 2007 cab through fabulous tight winding mtn roads at 8k elevation, and I have more fondness for that XJR6 in city roads. I must have some form of XJ x300 series sickness...
