Not sure if the following fix to resolve it going into fail save mode, but the fix did stop the other warning messages - abs/trac - that used to be displayed.
I was able to eliminate this abs trac issue by following the advice given in that thread by lowering the brake fluid level in the brake fuid reservior.
It is funny because after I some other work done by indy shop the issue came up again and I noticed that the brake fluid level was high again (apparently indy shop refilled it as part of normal maintenace).
I lowered the level and it fixed the asc trac warnings again.
This has been an easy fix and we no longer receive any of these asc warnings.
Also noticed that our cruise control started working again.

@Jim Lombardi, the brake fluid hasn't been touched since I've owned it... I'll give it a shot though! I'm willing to try everything short of a Jag dealership. I take a lot of pride fixing my own issues but she is unlike any car I've owned. Thx for the feedback! Anything else on possibilities is greatly appreciated. :-)

Four months with this problem, right? New TB from ASI, followed all of their suggestions, put in a new brake switch, fiddled with connectors on the TB, what else?
"Also the gasket did get bent a little but it's torqued down, would this be an issue?" What gasket, where? Have you bought a decent OBD II reader yet; need the codes!
Have you cleaned the EGR valve? By now you surely have cleaned the MAF sensor, checked the air tube from the air filter box to the TB -- check it again, carefully examine the parts, everything must be air tight (reread Sean's comment on rough running when it is not connected) and electronics clean and tightly connected.
I feel your pain and frustration. In the end, sometimes an expensive trip to the dealer is cheaper than high blood pressure. A thought!

First off thank you for your replies and suggestions. I have cleaned the MAF and checked the system for any air\vacuum leaks. But see heres the thing, I don't even have to start it for this issue to occur. Just turn the key on and wait for the failsafe mode to appear or wait for the red led cruise control light to go off same deal. This happens within seconds without even attempting to start her...

I *** u me that you have fixed the gasket problem (?) Two of your codes are throttle position sensor related, one measures barometric pressure, the other says there is a pressure issue on super charger or grounded wire or bad connector from that sensor. You need to trace wires from sensors to the ECU (are the connections tight and clean at the computer). It is a connector problem, I think, or a frayed wire set that is grounding out. I wonder if it might be one sensor or connector that ties these together: MAF? But you have cleaned that connector, right?
Go to Duck Duck Go and search each of the codes and see what conclusion or theory you might come to.

Here are 2 JPEC files -
1st one is the DTC Summaries for TPS to ECM

Next one is the Pin out information for the ECM connector that relates the DTC Summaries for TPS to the ECM

I also created this Throttle body Connections JPEG:
