So I bought some rotors for my 03 XJR (non brembo and today got around to putting them on only to find they lack the proper diameter. I got them cheap via amazon and already painted the centers so no biggie there. They are 305mm so what does that go to? The XJ6 possibly or what? Also, I didn't take a measurement before putting the wheels on and then came into start looking for some rotors. Seems some sites list 305mm, others 325mm and even others 355mm Any idea which one it would be? I'm assuming the 325s but don't want to assume anything at this point.

 

The later ones are the 325mm.

The 305mm might actually work out for the XK8
because it is a 97.

I think if I remember right it takes the same brake pad so I doubt it.. Not a big deal as they were 14 shipped for the pair as amazon was doing their price drop thing since no one had looked at 'em in a long time. So 325 or about 13 inches. Sounds more like it then 355 under my 18 wheels.

 

325mm sounds right for an '03. Last month during another thread we never determined when fronts transitioned from 305mm to 325mm, but on my '98 XJR among other members with early models have the non brembo 305mm fronts, where as Jennifer S Flavell had 325mm on her non brembo '00. Please someone chime in if you know for sure, but I believe the 355mm is the R1 brembo package
