1999 Jag EVAP System HELP!!

Hey guys...help me out with the layout of the Jag EVAP system. Right now I have an empty engine bay with three hoses coming out of the tranny tunnel. I'm assuming the one with the black nylon hose coiled up is for the evap or fuel tank vent.
So, my main question is this. Where exactly is the "pump" for the evap system? Is it in the back of the car somewhere? Or does that hose just run back to a charcoal canister?
The reason I am asking is that I am swapping a GM LS motor into this car and I'm wondering if I want to delete the GM EVAP system totally or if I could potentially integrate the GM and Jag systems.
If the Jag pump is in the "back" of the car, meaning it didn't go away when the engine went away, I'm thinking I could just use the GM "turn-on" wire to turn on the Jag system. Hopefully that makes sense. I just know nothing of the layout of the Jag system!
Thanks in advance.
