Thanks very much for this useful information. Wow, you certainly went the extra mile to fix this. I definitely have the waterpump and secondary tensioners on my radar. I believe the thermostat cover is a good replacement too. I thought that Nikasil wasn't a problem in North America though? Should I be looking for blowback in the air-filter..?
