Hello I just need some input,When I close the door the interior lights goes down but not all the way they are almost out but you can see them when they should go all the way out,Just wanted some thoughts before I trouble shoot,Thanks.

 

They should be completely off once the delayed shut-off did its work.
I can only think that (some of) the bulbs have been replaced with LED's, which have a residue lighting after shutting down.
Perhaps check that first?
