Hey Biggie,
You can't use a stock Jag blower setup on your engine, it has the wrong compression ratio. I doubt anyone makes an aftermarket blower installation for a motor you can buy already upgraded from the factory. Fitting an S/C engine to your car would require a donor car from whichyouwould need toacquire the engine, transmission, ECM, TCM, intercooler, etc.
In my opinion, yours is a case of having to sell the car you wanted in order to buy the one you want more. With a little research, you could find a '99 or '00 S/C in the same general condition as yours for only a few grand more. If you have more money than that to play with, go for later '01 S/Cand have the engine number checked to make sure it is after the change from Nikasil lined bores (00 08 18 XXXX).

Thanks Biggie,
Now THAR'S what I'm talkin' about. Florida car even.
1) Change sec. tensioners
2) Service trans
3) Amaze friends/ terrorize neighborhood for three years @ 15K miles a year
4) still be able to get a nice chunk of money for a well maintained 120K mile car when you sell
5) buy a seven year old 2004 XJR with 75K on it
6) Rinse and repeat
