That's easy!
- Pry out the little black plastic knob behind the door-opener-latch
- Behind that knob theres one Phillips-head screw, remove it
- Take out the black plastic door-opener-latch surround
- Carefully pry off the wood veneer of the door at it's rear end
- Lift up the veneer at the rear end and pull it to the rear to take it off
- Beneath the armrest you'll find a Phillips-head screw, remove it
- Beginning at the rear lower end of the door panel pry it loose and work your way around the panel until all clips are free
- Lift up the panel to remove a big plastic fastener that holds the arm rest to the door
- Remove panel - undoing all electrical connectors
I'll attach some pics...
HTH!

Big clip can be a bear
There is a quite massive strong clip' at the rear of the panel that clips in easy, but is hard to pull out. I could not easily lift it out and I did not like to pull so hard on the panel to remove so after wedging as described, I removed the two phillips headed screws on the clip with a long driver. You have to lie on your back and look up inside and the pulled the clip out after the panel was removed and screwed it back onto the panel prior to replacing the panel. I feel this was much less stress on the panel, and me.

It completely slides out when the panel is lifted up! No need to unscrew anything here.
After the panel is removed, using a pliar, remove this clip from the panel and slide it back onto the door.

Auto jobbers and body shop supply houses. Often one and the same. You will need to go in person to match up what you need.

I use compressed air but those plugs are so cheap that drilling a hole in the center and using a pick is also a good solution

I drilled a tiny hole in the plug and then put the drill bit back in the hole by hand and wedged it sideways to pop out the plug. For me the getting the plug out was the hardest part. Use some silicone caulk when you put the veneer panel back and it won't squeak.
good luck
good luck
