Looking for any available info on a possible retrofit radiator for my 2001 XJ8. With the prices I have found on direct replacements running between $1000 and $1900 I am curious if anyone has figured out another option.

An option could be a re-core of your existing radiator at a good rad shop..

 

There’s a place called Wizards in N.Y. That specializes in custom radiators that you could look into. We had a 1997 Aston Martin Volante that we sent the intercooler and radiator and they sent us an exact aluminum replica of them both. You could look into a used radiator as well.
