2001 XJ8 Steering Creak Noise

Hi,
The steering on my car works fine, but when I turn the wheel more than a little it makes a lot of creaking sounds. I joke that is like grandpa's neck...but it is rather annoying. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a similar problem ...I am planning to replace all my bushes...will you know if that fixes my issues
