What is the proper way to change transmission fluid on the 2002 XJ8? Also what is the correct oil and filter to use?

Parwun, you are new here so I'll clue you in that we generally try to do more on this forum than simply tell people to "use the search feature." I know that phrase and "RTFM" are common answers on other boards, but not here.
