The drivers seat of my 2002 XJ8 Sovereign is ripped. The trim code is NED, Ivory. The seats have a Sable piping.
I have seen a seat squab, leather only, that is said to be NED. It looks more Yellow than the Seats I have.
Is there any code, or indication on the seat leather that would indicate the code of the leather?
As a last resort I could re-colour it.
Thanks
Bill W

I got a replacement back for my NED driver's seat because the side was worn from the seat belt rubbing.
On two I looked at, the only way to identify the trim colour was the Jaguar label on the door pillar - there was nothing on the trim itself showing the code. I was expecting at least a part number on the inside of the cover!
