What you can do is use a propane or butane torch and heat the neck of a 10 mm wrench and bend each end about 80 degrees into what is commonly called a crowsfoot wrench. Its tedious, but you can get them out a lot easier than r/r of the manifold. Replace the bolts with socket head capscrews and you are good to go.
