what you see on top of the tank is the gas vent and valve assembly, the pumps are located inside and at the bottom of the tank, there are ways to find which pump failed, but it's safer just to replace both pumps, you don't want to do the job twice trust me.
It's generally a tank out job, you'll need a fuel line release tool kit to let the fuel lines release at the bottom of the tank accessed from under the car and around the back/above the diff.

Thanks, already took tank out - for those who may try thgis I took driveshaft to differential end of driveshaft along with the rubber coupler and un-did the emergency brake adjuster and slid that out of the way, doing this made access to the two fuel lines on bottom of tank MUCH easier. I did replace the two of them with Airtex fuel pump # E2471 at a cost of $87.00 per. Thanks for the replies appreciate it.
