Some of the trim rings on the BBS wheels my 2003 XJR are in terrible condition. I have been search the internet to see if these are available but cannot find any. I have seen notifications that BBS has gone out of business so I don;t suppose I will find them at the manufacturer site. Anyone have a line on some with a reasonable price tag? Would be most appreciated....

They only list the 20” trim rings but, I’d recommend emailing them as they mention contacting them if you don’t see it on their website. I got very lucky 5+ years ago and got a new set of 19” BBS trim rings for my Montreal’s after I contacted them.

I know Coventry West had a decent inventory on hard to find used parts (IMO) but, either their business went under or changed hands?? Correct me if you know what happened.

All in all BBS parts for these long gone wheels can’t be cheap so “reasonable”
is likely out the window.

Your best bet nowadays is to remove all the trim rings and have the barrels polished (or not) to match each other or mimicked the previously chromed trim rings.

 

Thanks for the reply...I did find a set of four on a UK site for 450£ plus shipping. Can't afford that at this point! Perhaps I'll get the wheels redone without the rings....

Got to get the car going first; can't shake a P1316 code so cannot get an inspection here in Georgia and no inspection, no license tag! . Otherwise it's runs and drives great.

 

I got a worse trim ring on my Montreal.

The wheel shop where refurbished the wheels was able to restore it.

Let me talk to him tomorrow.
