'98 Jag xj8 fuel tank parts
Greetings Jag community...I am having a very difficult time finding fuel tank parts for my '98 XJ8. Apparently these parts have been discontinued and I can't seem to find them anywhere and I consider myself pretty good at finding parts on-line.
Anything anyone can do to help would be greatly appreciated. The parts are as follows:
- EBC11357 PIPE (it would be part# 6 on the attached diagram)
- NNA6025BA MOUNTING RUBBER (It would be part# 3 on the attached diagram)
- NNA60029AB FUEL TANK SEAL (It would be part# 16 on the attached diagram)
Thank you very much

Welcome Martini94, hopefully that's in reference to the old Martini Racing?
Could you please put your location in your User CP, this is a worldwide forum and I may be telling you something you don't have in your country. Not to fail to mention, there is NA, EURO, AU designations with different options. Like your fuel tank, there are 2 different sizes depending on the MY and location.
Well, reality is a mother and your reality is your car is 23 yrs old, just turning 24. Of what your looking for was probably stopped being made after 2007. I believe they only made that tank until 99 and manufacturers are only required to carry replacements for 7 yrs after discontinuation.
Now, there is hope, there are repops and/or you can use your building skill and create your own fix, but be sure to use fuel non-soluble materials.
But tell us where you are so I don't waste my time giving you wrong info and we can continue or you can simply do a Bing Search just using the part #'s you provided already.

Hi Highhorse,
Thank you for your response. Old Martini Racing? I'm afraid not. lol So, I took your advice and listed my location. With regards to the parts I'm looking for, I've checked several difference sources on-line. I just have to keep looking...I'm sure someone out there have these items. I found the Fuel Tank Seal (part # NNA6029AB) on eBay for the exact same part number however, the seller has it listed for a 95, 96, 97 XJ and says it will not fit my car. My master technician who specialized in everything English from the 1930's to present sadly moved to Tennessee. He could do it all. He's an old school guy and only a handful of guys like this in the country. I'm chasing my tail without him around which is why I'm doing all of this leg work. Thank you Highhorse.

So, a quick recommendation, don't trust eBay reference charts...or Amazon's for that fact. I'm not saying its going to fit if you purchased it, I'd check reference diagrams, like from here...
https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.../brand/jaguar/ ...when you prompt on the item, it will give a VIN reference for fitment.

Hi Highhorse, called and spoke with Eric. Nice guy, however, Orlando didn't have the parts. I've been searching for hours and I finally found a company that had the parts (Coventry West)...used, nevertheless I found them. I purchased them today. This has been extremely exhausting. Hopefully it all will work out. Thank you very much for all your help. https://www.coventrywest.com/
