Thanks for the Manual!! That should help on top of all the advise.
More NEW symptoms.
Seat beat warning light and sound notice has started to go off - Seems like when it is very bumpy / when on my gravel road drive
Head lights flicker off and on when the seat belt goes off same time. No other warnings or lights or faults.

I kept chasing the P0172 & P0175 codes on my 2000 VDP and tried to fix by replacing the intake manifold gaskets and every O-ring on the plastic hoses and dip stick to no avail. These things done over a number of months. I finally replaced the oil filler cap and have not had those codes in nearly a year. So check to see if the O-ring on the oil cap is cracked. MIne was not cracked but I guess it was so hard it did not seal correctly.
Make sure the TPS and PPS connectors are clean and completely pushed in on the throttle body. I fooled with the throttle position connector for months until I finally realised the pedal position sensor was the problem. Replaced it and it quit the Restricted Performance problem and sometime the limp mode,
Hope you get the car fixed! It's maddening with these cars at times but once you get the problems repaired, you will have a very happy inclination when you drive the car.

Well I wanted to thank everyone for there input and time. And to let you know that my engine blew up yesterday. So that cures some problems. Now the question is do I try to find another Jaguar motor or do I do a 350 conversion I have heard about. I am currently looking for a totaled out Jag so I would have all the parts I need to get past the problem lights that I had going on. But I have a 350 coming out of a 69 Chevy pickup that is getting a big block up grade. Sooo any thoughts, or leads on wrecks or motors maybe or conversion kits??
Thanks again!!
Thanks again!!
