Default 98 XJR-Early VIN# Suspension Advice Needed

I am almost done restoring this Jag mechanical wise.

Was going to sell it, but decided against it after I realized it was not worth anything to anyone EXCEPT myself. After spending 12 grand over the past 3 years could not see giving to someone for price of a 2001 volvo XC70 with 180,000 miles.

So as I await finding my 89-91 Silver Spur with a with a blown motor for the upcoming GM conversion need some advice on the suspension operate as designed.

The CATS system stopped working in 2004 according to records. no more modules 4 me. The front end is tight and responsive.

I want heavy duty shocks for the car for front and back, but do not want to break the bank. I also want to add a helper spring if possible/recommended? and or replace the springs in the rear, where do I get them and how much do they cost?
Also is it possible to attach an upper anti-sway bar to the shock towers? where caqn I get it?

How would I know if my tensioners were replaced/updated in the motor? Does anyone have a video of an XJR with out the tensionsers replaced ?

Lastly, has anyone removed the catalytic converters on an XJR? What did you think?

Thanks in advance for responding to my quesitons.
