Just bought the car and found these unplugged. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Those are of the same connector in the passenger's side engine bay by the air intake.

That is a female spade-type connector coming from the wiring harness by the battery in the trunk.
Also, if you know anything about the random electrical / starting issues from my previous post, please let me know.

Those wires in the engine compartment are for CATS suspension fitment, your car is equipped electronically for them, but it does not have the shocks. The grey ends snap into the top of the CATS (Bilstein) shocks. My guess is the shocks might have been replaced and the owner went for standard ones, as the CATS version are about 3 times the price....
CATS or "Computer Active Technology Suspension" dampers stiffen up the car in sports mode.
The boot wire, just forget about it.

I have a 01 and CATS was not even an "official" option.
I wonder if:
1/This car is not US specs
2/ This car was a Special Order
3/ The Factory put the wrong wiring harness????
On the "boot" wire
This wire was connected to a "transit isolation device".
This solenoid activated module was used to disconnect the battery for shipping, it was mounted on the + side of the battery and the + battery cable was then mounted to it.
This wire provide a ground/earth signal to the solenoid coil.
Tuning the ignition off will turn the module Off and therefore disconnect the battery and and vice versa.
Jaguar dealers were supposed to send the module back to Jaguar for reuse but very few did.
I got a few and they are very handy to use on vehicles/equipments that is seldom used.
