Disconnect battery for 5 minutes and restart. See if message goes out. If you had at the carwash, sometimes things get wet. Also - dont let them put that silicone crap on the engine. Seen many times where they will screw up sensors because of that crap getting in them.

sounds like your belt popped off. "battery not charging" no PS and hi speed fan on.. due to belt not turning water pump

Take the belt off and turn all pulleys by hand. See if one is seized. The only one you can't turn by hand is crank. I have seen water pumps and a/c compressors lock up like that.

ive also seen someone put a belt on wrong.. and it was tight on but not tight enough.. check the routing of the belts or take a pick and me or FJT will see if it's on right..
