I have a 99 Vanden Plas and the driver's headrest won't move electrically, but will move by hand. Is this an easy fix or should I just live with the manual mode? Thanks.

Sounds like something came apart. (or was forced at one time)

Can you hear the little motor in the seat back when you hit the switch?

Also, it's pretty easy to get at the mechanicals by taking the seat back off. IIRC, it's only held in place with christmas tree pins.

If you find you need a piece in there that you need, let me know. I parted out a 2000 XJ8 and kept all of the little bits from the seats.
