Ac and heat at same time

Anyone experienced having the heater blowing with the climate control completely off. It also won't cool the car because it's like a door won't shut the heat off so it has Ac ans heat at the same time. Ughhhhhh!

Its called a blend valve and are several post about interior insulation jamming it. Try a search for how to access and fix.

Okay I'm getting codes 43 and 45. One is for cool air bypass. Where is that located?

Is there a way to jam the door shut to keep the engine heat out so that the Ac works. Idling the car cools but driving its letting heat mix in and not cool.
