Accessory Belt Tensioner bearing

Help!!, I am in the middle of replacing all the bearings on the front belt system
got all the bearings done.
The bolt that holds the tensioner bearing in place is also the bolt you have to use to move the tensioner into place.
I have tightened it as tight as I dare with the housing being Aluminum.
When I try to get the belt on the bolt wants to come loose.
When I dis-assembled the bearing, it was so tight I had to add heat and very carefully get to bolt to come loose. It was as if if was held together with loctite.
Does anyone know how to overcome this.
(on my Ford Tensioners there is a 1/2 square drive hole to put a wrench into to adjust the position) but did Jaguar think of that Ohhhh Nooooo

Finally got the tensioner in place,
I had to take off the top hose and Thermostat housing to get room to use a pry bar between the power steering pump and the pulley to push the tensioner forward and get the belt on.
Guys where did I go wrong, I've read a lot of threads on this and it's not mentioned about the bolt that holds the bearing on, is the same bolt you have to use to move the tensioner.
This all started when the bearing for the supercharger belt gave up and I lost the supercharger belt. So if I was going to replace 1 bearing and belt I thought I might as well replace all of the bearings and belts.
Also after putting the fans back I had to learn how to tie tie wraps with one hand. Well I don't have to do this job for another 100,000miles
