Air Con Schematic?
Hello Chaps
I suspect the rubber o-rings have gone on the receiver/drier on my ac system. I went to have the system renewed, as I do every year, and it was found there was no pressure in the system, and there were tell tale green marks on the receiver/dryer.
Now I have just got a set of brand new, sealed, OEM Jaguar branded rings off eBay for 99p, and I was wondering if there was a parts diagram which showed me the system, and points out which part numbers go where?
I need my AC working, I don't like driving with windows open!!!
Kind Regards
S.

Hi Stu
If you want to buy a new one (part# MNC7412AB) - Ebay canada (ships from US - Virginia) has one for $26.95 plus shipping (international to UK) another $24.95 - total of $52.

Funny, when I tried to find it on Ebay UK motors site, almost the listings are US locations.
I found this Haynes Techbook PDF on Automotive Heating and Air Conditioning.
It has a cutaway diagram of the acummulator (receiver/dryer) showing the O-rings locations on page 46:
Here is the weblink to where the PDF file can be view/download:

Also on page 128 has information on replacing the O rings.
