anyone know which cyl should be tdc while cam flats are parallel?

This is where I rented mine - the guy Christopher was great to work with. He has a set for $50 with just one cam lock tool. The VVT winding tool is on the far left.

thanks everyone but i got it all set up now...turns out the previous mechanic that came in to help that has been mia put the cams on the wrong sides.i did my part and washed my hands of it.
