Default Anyone ported the stock exhaust manifolds?
I know some guys have ported stock exhaust manifolds of 6cyl XJRs, but how about X308 4.0 V8?

I haven't heard of anyone doing it. Subscribe to Viapa's thread about headers as there will be dyno numbers coming this week.

Such non-orginal headers do not pass the annual inspection here, if found.

AFAIK a larger intercooler radiator does not pass either

That's mostly invisible and nothing to do with extra power - at least with Eaton
