Default Bad alignalignment. Why can't they do it right?

So i took the car to this shop for a new set of front tires wich i asked to be rotated to the rear, balanced and alignment. The first time the car came out of there as if the alignment was never done. Same way it went in, pulling, vibrating, steering wheel off center. I had to go back a 2nd time and they were able to fix to some degree the vibration and pulling but not the steering wheel being off center. I asked for a print out of the aligntment and noticed that some of different alignment points are even in the red (whatever that means) and none of the other points are at 0 degres where i thought they should've been. Is this something that only a jaguar dealer can fix?

Definitively not, however not all shops know how to work on European cars and especially Jags which they consider exotics.

I had the same issue with my car but the shop (a treadquarters) fixed it perfectly the 1st time luckily, the shop gave me the printout and before my stuff was way out of whack but after the alignment the car drives perfectly and all of the values are in the green zone.

I feel like most shops should be able to deal with it, but this car has only been aligned once in my posession

good luck

how many miles on the car? Have you got a copy of JTIS - it gives the procedure on setting up a straight steering wheel.
You can do most of the work at home and have it fine tuned at the alignment centre.
Alignment can be effected by how worn the individual parts that make up the front suspension. A good shop will take note of these things and suggest the work to address it. You need to find someone who know's their stuff, and their machines.

I got new tires and alignment Saturday at a local tire chain. Alignment was perfect but the steering wheel was 6 degrees to the right. I called when I got home(only 2 miles from the shop) and the guy asked if I could come back. He was waiting for me in the parking lot and had it corrected it 10 mins. 97k and drives like a dream. It wasnt a Jag dealer. Any decent shop should be able to do this.

Not to mension the 2 times i've been there the technician took the car for "a test drive" and the first time put about 5 miles on the odometer yet apparently he couldnt see the wheel being off. I don't even want to take it to the same place again, im just gonna take it to another store branch since its a big tire chain.

Would you mind giving a brief explanation on how to do that? Thanks very much.

I did follow the "read me" file but when I click on the "Set up.exe" in the DAO35 disk 1 I get an error message that says "The version of this file is not comparable with the version of Windows you're running".
